Welcome to the home page of the Chair of Risk and Insurance Economics (RIEC).
The Chair of Risk and Insurance Economics was established in November 2011, resulting from a partnership between ETH Zurich and Zurich Financial Services. We conduct primarily theoretical research in risk and insurance as well as health economics using methods developed in game theory and contract theory.
